We strive to meet the needs of all members and guests of AZCSN. Due to limited class space, we request that you cancel at least seven days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your class at least seven days prior to the start, we offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to seven days, you will forfeit the payment for the class.

Defending the Flock Conference, AZCSN Presents and AZCSN Hosts events are not refundable, though registrants may send a substitute on their behalf as long as AZCSN is notified by email or writing at least seven days before the conference, AZCSN Presents or AZCSN Hosts event.
